Requirement in Real Estate Development Brilliant Technology and Construction Pvt. Ltd. (BTCPL) is an Indore based construction and engineering company incorporated in the year 2010. BTCPL is engaged primarily in civil construction. BTCPL is an offshoot of construction and engineering division of Brilliant Estates. Brilliant Estates has been a pioneer of office buildings in Indore. Brilliant Estates has developed about a million square feet area in the past 2 decades. Brilliant Technology and Construction will provide services related to building works. Building works includes designing and construction of office, residential, retail buildings, integrated townships and also other institutional buildings for education institutes, hotels, convention center, etc.

Job Description:

1. Should have 3 -08 years of experience as a Supervisor - Non technical/Site supervisor in Layout Development .
2. Should be capable of reading drawings.
3. Must have Diploma in Civil Engineering
4. To ensure that all labours understand their role & responsibilities and ensure that they are carried out.
5. Coordinate construction activities of all trades 
6. Identify technical variations in consultation with site management team.
7. Conduct daily safety inspection of all works within site and ensure safety signage are posted as per site instructions
8. Maintain high standards of housekeeping on site
9. Execution of Project / maintenance activity
10. Coordination with architect & Structure designer
11. Maintain the Quality & workman ship 
12. Checking of Contractor's Vendor's Bill
13. Testing of Building Material / Inspection of materials
14. Prepare of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress 
15. Rate Analysis of Civil Items
16. Estimate / Budget and costing of new facility / renovation 
17. Monitoring Of project Day to day with effective progress
18. Follow up with Purchase ,supplier , vendor and contractor to get material delivery in time 
19. Inventory if require routine materials for maintenance work
20. Coordinating with the department head for area availability for building maintenance 
21. Rate Analysis of Civil items .
