Job Description:

1. We are looking to hire an Architect /Interior Designer who shall possess min. 4 years of experience, working in residential and commercial projects. Working in a cross functional environment, the candidate will be required to develop competence across the range of business functions. The Architect /Interior Designer would be responsible for the following:
2. Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.
3. Works with customers and Clients to gather facts, defines design and space planning problems, conceptualize possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals.
4. Manage and interact with all the necessary agencies and vendors for the successful project execution and time bound completion.
5. Plan, schedule and manage the production drawings process and coordinate with consultants and other disciplines, including the preparation of project specifications;
6. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (English/ Hindi);
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
8. Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and problem solving;
9. Ability to produce hand sketches, architectural models, presentation materials, and generate construction documents;
10. Coordinate and supervise Project Team
