Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating new enquiries & customers and sustaining strong relationships & contacts with existing contractors
Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target
Review enquiries and guide application team in making quotations & submittals
Follow up submittals & approvals
Keep up to date the industry trends and competition
Negotiate the contractual/commercial terms
Follow up with existing projects and coordinate with Service
Communicate with customers & factories
Follow up the payment
Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes
Input data in CRM and prepare reports for the management
Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum 5 years of experience in A/C Equipment Sales
Similar working experience in a multinational firm
Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside & VRV/VRF
Oil & Gas Account Management (Technical, Commercial, Execution , Aftersales Correspondence)
Advanced HVAC Knowledge & Experience
Education:
Mechanical Engineering Degree
Skills:
Computer Skills (Windows, Ms. Office)
Advanced Negotiation Skills
Assertive Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Personality Attributes:
Presentable
Multi Lingual
Confidence

Capable of Work under pressure
Preferred:
Experience in handling high technical projects and custom made A/C products sales
