Project Manager - Sales 

1. The candidate will be responsible for the complete sales activities for our project in Chakan.
2. Will be responsible for sales & Collection as per the target given by management.
3. Will also have to handling old clients for possession, cancellations and site progress.
4. Represent the organization in avenues like property Exhibitions, Road Shows and cultural events.
5. Have to handle a team of Sr. Executive & Executive Sales at the site.

Sr. Engineer

1. Sr. Engineer Execution & finishing work at High end project 
2. The candidate should be well verse with all the execution activities at site.
3. Should have enough exposure in finishing activities for high end project. 
4. Should be a BE. 8-10 years is a must.
5. Willing to work at sites.
