Job Description:

• Compliance of Statutory requirements with respect to EHS.
• Investigation of incidents and dangerous occurrences, sharing learning from incidents across project personnel
• Ensuring the quality of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) & their correct selection and use by project personnel.
• Devising, organizing & conducting EHS Training Programs (Training Modules), ensuring compliance of SPCPL way / OCPs.
• Emergency Preparedness.
• Environment Monitoring.
• Meetings (Safety Committee Meetings) & WEEKLY WALK.
• Ensuring the implementation of safety norms at work place
• Interface with various departments to achieve the desired results.
• coordination with client / PMC and other interested stake holders.
• Ensuring weekly & monthly reports to RO.
• Proficient in incident investigation
• Good knowledge of statutory regulations with respect to EHS
• Expert in Hazard identification and Risk Analysis
• Skilled to do EHS Audit & Inspection
• Training & Communication Skills
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Good Communication & Team player
• Strong man management and analytical skills
