ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates should have scored a First Class throughout. Those with academic gaps or ATKTs will not be considered.
Candidates should possess experience in fabrication industries involved in manufacturing pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc. Candidates should be conversant with relevant ASME codes.

CURRENT OPENINGS

QC - Inspection (Job Code: 0217QCI)
Qualification
BE (Mechanical / Production / Fabrication) with 4 to 8 years of experience.
Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Fabrication) with 3 to 7 years of experience.


Must be able to conduct inspection as per drawings / specifications and ASME codes, prepare measurement protocols, coordinate with TPI / customer for routine inspection, prepare and compile acceptance data package / final documentation, and carry out dimensional inspection using optical/ metrology instruments.

Nuclear Power Equipment

Estimation (Job Code: 0217ES)
Qualification
ME / BE (Mechanical / Production / Fabrication) with 4 to 8 years of experience.

Should possess hands-on experience of BOQ, cost estimation and Technical Proposal Preparation.


Project Management (Job Code: 0217PMG)
Qualification
BE (Mechanical / Production / Fabrication) with 4 to 8 years of experience.
Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Fabrication) with 3 to 7 years of experience.

Should possess hands-on experience of Resource Planning, Quality requirements, Project Scheduling, Manpower Management, etc. Must have ability to interpret production drawings, prepare process sheets, vendor development, customer interactions and execution of projects as per estimates.


Design (Job Code: 0217DES)
Qualification
ME / BE (Mechanical / Production / Fabrication) with 4 to 8 years of experience.
Must have experience in design and analyses of static equipment for nuclear projects. Hands-on experience on Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and software like HyperMesh, Catia, Ansys. Should be familiar with specifications and standards of reputed process licensors / clients in refineries / petrochemical and fertiliser plants. Should be capable of customer interactions as and when required.

Procurement (Job Code: 0217PROC)
Qualification
ME / BE (Mechanical / Production / Fabrication) with 4 to 8 years of experience.
Should possess hands-on experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Subcontracting, commercial negotiation and vendor development. Should be conversant with manufacturing codes, material specifications, incoterms, etc.

Fabrication (Job Code: 0217FAB)
Qualification
BE (Mechanical / Production / Fabrication) with 4 to 8 years of experience.
Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Fabrication) with 3 to 7 years of experience.


Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and manage the shop floor. Should possess experience in fabrication industries involved in manufacturing pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
