Architecture Jobs in a Real Estate leading Construction Company Sowparnika Projects and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd in South India is seeking the brightest and most talented minds to be part of a different kind of sustainable design, commissioning and construction management firm.

Job Description:

1. Worked with developers (in-house design but not coordination with external consultants) or with architecture design consultants. Should have exp in large scale projects preferably in designing High Residential Buildings.
2. Should have knowledge of making concept design/working drawings (floor plans/elevations, sections and detailing) as per Architect design and should have knowledge of making sanction drawings.
3. Should also create detailed schematics for construction of buildings in coordination with the input of engineers, architects, and surveyors and can specify dimensions, codes, materials etc.
4. Should have experience in drawing Sanction plans and submission of the same.
5. Should be able to liaison with Statutory bodies.
