Job Description:
  • Responsibility involves day to day Mechanical Maintenance activities of CHP & AHP in Thermal Power plant.
  • Responsibility involves into coordinating with Mechanical Maintenance of CHP & AHP Power Plant 
  • Responsibility involves in Recruit, train and monitors the Thermal Power Plant Operations team project sites in coordination with the other technical and functional team members at Corporate Office.
  • Behavioral/Managerial Responsibilities:
  • Guide the Mechanical team on planning and work requirement, standards, expected work and policies.
  • Adroit in managing, directing and coordination with the Mechanical team regarding project execution which includes maximizing profit and minimizing expenses in the project.
  • Monitor plant performance after stabilization and follow up work progress and ensure maintenance of standards and implementation of policies.
  • Provide Managerial support in case of problems and assist in resolution of problems.
  • Effective interfacing with people at all levels, managing healthy work environment and inculcating bonded team work with high work ethics. Supporting and communicating with the team so as to achieve the task within agreed parameters and enhance efficiency.
  • Project Management Skills- Good knowledge of project management and ability to apply project management concepts in planning, execution and stabilization of project. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Understands project requirements on a case to case basis. Is updated with latest trends, rates and costs in the, market and is able to use this information in implementation of project.
  • Analytical skills- This refers to the ability to Interpret, link, and analyse information in order to understand issues. It also involves identifying the problems, the real issues behind the problems and identifying the solutions for the problems. Further it refers to the ability to make an independent judgment of issues and solutions.
  • Communication Skills Interacting impact-fully with people so as to establish effective working relationships with others and get information, action and implementation from multiple cross functional teams. This also includes strong interviewing skills and probing skills.
  • Ability to use computer applications such as spreadsheets and word processing tools 
  • Leadership skill in driving the innovation process and producing added value to the organization. It also involves the formulation and execution of organizational strategy ensuring an appropriate role.
  • Providing reliable technical assessments to the team.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
  • Ensuring that teams have access to the right people at the right time.
  • Making best use of teams time and energy.
  • Treating organizations client as important stakeholders.
