Job Description: 

• Define & cascade quality plan for RMC & Blocks business to create competitive product differentiation in the market. 
• Develop sources/vendors for raw materials & alternate raw materials to improve product mix design. 
• Ensure quality of raw materials and product for production & distribution of RMC & Blocks. 
• Ensure minimal variance on material front through effective process of material reconciliation & highlight deviations for effective corrective & preventive action. 
• Deploy QCI guidelines effectively to take up QA-QC of RMC to the bring in competitive advantage. 
• Use IMS for effective management of various processes & improvement thereof.
• Create & build quality team for effective control of QA/QC & product differentiation. 
• Share knowledge on Concrete Technology using various mechanisms such as website, modules etc. 
• Lead the process of new product development in line with the customer expectations to achieve revenue & contribution desired. 
• Represent the organisation in external forums such as RMCMA etc. effectively.
