Job Description: 

• To extend necessary support and ensure delivery by rollout partners within the agreed norms set as per project requirement
• Carry out site / route survey along with NPE team to validate feasibility of work execution and to provide execution methodology input, for final design release
• ROW maps preparation and follow up with Area/MP RoW team for permission and site survey with local authority with help of mD survey application.
• Ensure execution as per released construction pack consists of Civil Plan, ODN Plan and Splice Plan. 
• Material requirement projection in coordination with FTTx lead and Area Manager.
• To ensure implementation as per laid out standards of quality assurance and HSE.
• Coordinate with other CFTs, like Business team with in JC, government authorities and building authority.
• Ensure end-to-end testing and HOTO (with GIS as-built data) of constructed network to O&M
• Measurement of work done by vendor / ITP preparation
• Ensure compliance of all Statutory Laws as may be applicable(contract labour act, BARE acts)
• To Review effective implementation of up to building and in-Building wiring activities and initiate corrective measures
• Daily update, on Progress and bottlenecks if any.
• To ensure meeting construction KPIs and quality KPIs throughout execution life cycle
• To ensure Fibre deployment as per standard norms
