Requirement For Assistant General Manager (Planning) | Patel Engineering Ltd | 15 - 20 yrs | Mumbai

Job Description: 

1. The incumbent will be responsible for preparation of master schedules for execution of hydro electric project projects.
2. Prepare micro planning for hydro project.
3. Monitor progress of all the projects.
4. Monitor and control budget & cost.
5. Monitor deviation in progress and cost against schedule.
6. Analyze the impact of deviations work out action plan to avoid, absorb or minimize the impact.
7. Guide planning/ scheduling engineers of different projects for planning, scheduling and monitoring activities.
8. Coordinates with concerned Project Controllers for overall planning of the respective projects.
9. Prepare MIS for top management.
10. Must be a Graduate Civil Engineer with minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the construction sector. 
11. Must have working experience in hydro project execution. 
12. Must be proficient in Project Management software like Primavera or Microsoft Project.
13. Good working knowledge of design, procurement and construction workflow process and documentation is essential. 
14. Candidate having experience as Project Manager in any hydro project will be given preference.
15. Exposure in EPC contracts is desirable.
