Currently there are Structural discipline teams for the key design regions (Asia Pacific, Europe Africa & Americas). The Pune Regional Discipline Leader (RDL) will be accountable for the project management, staff management, mentoring, training, overall performance and technical delivery of the all the three teams, working closely with the Structural Technical Discipline Leads (Pune, EA and America) and Chief Structural Engineer(AP) in each of the region. RDL is also expected to be an ambassador for the ResourceNet Structural group, meet project & client expectations and promote a continually improving perception of the teams to our customers for technical delivery.

• Work in collaboration with Structural Technical Discipline Leads (Pune, EA and America) and Chief Structural Engineer (AP) in each region for overall group management and project execution. 
• Ensure the use of consistent design standards and best practices on projects in line with the technical direction of the discipline
• Implement training and development plan for the teams
• Implement the quality programs, DESIGN Framework and Knowledge re-use within the discipline
• Mentorship of the teams and succession planning of the regional teams
• Workload management, staffing and resourcing
• Project budgeting and accountability
