Job Description:

1. Co-ordination with Consultants & Contractors according to work schedule at Site.
2. Project costing, Estimating & Budgeting, Acquiring the required materials to be purchase as per Site requirements, vendor management, negotiation skills, finalizing the best quote & preparing Purchase / Work Order, delivery of materials on time to be taken care of. Communicating with Site Engineers & ordering materials as per requirement, Checking of Bills received from Vendors, processing vendor payment as per their payment schedule/stages, maintaining records, bill collection of payments made through different companies for various projects.
