Job Description:

• Candidate will be on field and identify property & deal with land consultants/land owners.
• Familiar with legal procedure pertaining to property transactions.
• Understanding of Land documentation.
• Knowledge & Exposure to identify property & Land Acquisition (Open Land), Redevelopment schemes & slum redevelopment.
• Knowledge of development control regulations of MCGM, Land Acquisitions act is essential.
• Liaison with MCGM, Government & police department. 
• Monitoring of File Index of Unauthorized tenants & correspondence with Government.
• Coordinate with site for daily issues pertaining to security of Open plots.
• Coordination with Legal & Finance department for fees. 
• Monitor of NA Tax payment & Assessment tax payment of plot of land vacant, under construction.
• Coordination for formation of society & society matters.
• Follow up at Registration office & Consultants to get requisite permissions. 
• Drive Legal documentation including Sales deeds, agreements to sell etc. by critically evaluating and ensuring that all commercial and material elements of the document protect the company interest.
• Prepare daily reports pertaining to property management.
