Job for Manager in Real Estate Company for Gurgaon Location

Job Description:

1. Monitor all quality related activities on the site.
2. Verify contractor quality requirements as specified to vendors and contractor documentation
3. Contractor raw material tested as per the specified frequency
4. Documentation of quality records & analyzing them to identify trends and future focus areas of quality improvement.
5. Carry out reviews of method statements and work procedures for all construction tasks, to ensure that quality requirements will be met.
6. To ensure that work done on site meets specifications & complies with Indian standards & best practices.
7. Recommendations for improvement of Project Quality.
8. To carry out trial mix design considering market requirements.
9. To adhere the guidelines given by different Indian Standard for quality control of raw-material to finished products. Well versed with all the latest quality control standards 
10. Bench marking of mix design for different grades of concrete.
11. Upgradation of data for lab equipments and personal.
12. Recording & analysis of data for produced concrete grade wise
