Job Description:

1. To execute and supervise all the finishing- work as per the approved plan / schedule, complying with all the cost & quality parameters.
2. Execution of all civil and RCC & MEP works as per specifications, etc.
3. Candidate should be responsible for site execution for all finishing activities at site.
4. Must be capable of leading team of Jr. Engineer and supervisor and handle assigned tasks independently.
5. Ensure good finishing and quality for all civil & interior fit-out
6. To ensure that all relevant technical information is available to the construction team at a zero defect level.
7. To eliminate wastage in all forms including materials, plant and staff, especially targeting the prevention of rework and to get it right first time.
8. To target and assist in the delivery of engineering excellence in safety at assigned site.
9. Read and understand construction and other drawings, specifications and other technical information. Clarification of plans & Drawings to Supervisors and sub contractors and working as per schedule.
10.Handling contractors, obtaining clearances for various works.
11.Understand the construction programme and assist in the drive to comply or improve on the same. Provide all necessary information in a timely manner.
