Job Description:

• Executing Post Tensioning Structural Slab and inspecting Post Tensioning works especially from the aspect of quality and progress
• Overall experience in Project management in Post-Tensioning field including planning, estimation, scheduling and execution of project.
• Thorough knowledge of drawings, project planning, advance planning interface with various branches of Engineering and apprehension of critical activities.
• Anchoring on site project activities and overseeing the performance of sub-contractors compliance with Q.A. and Q.C. plans.
• Periodic review and monitor the progress of the project ensuring timely completion of project within the known time and cost parameters.
• Preparations of daily/weekly/monthly progress report.
• Utilization of effective manpower and deployed resources like materials machinery etc.
• Settlement of additional items / Extra items with clients and as well as contractors.
