9. Coordination with US office on production jobs.
10. Thorough knowledge of US codes
11. Design of all residential / commercial / Warehouse structures and problem involving higher level of complexity
12. Software skills: STAAD pro & Enercalc
13. Design with speed and accuracy
14. Effective coordination with team members to produce quality jobs, efforts for keeping job rating high.
