Job Description:

1. Preparation & Certification of running account bills of contractor's and get them verified from project manager for payments.
2. Tracking and Monitoring the cash flow for the project with reference to the work in progress.
3. Preparation of actual material consumption statement, reconciliation 7 with reference to work done as well as deviation statement.
4. Site handling civil and finishing, work program, monitoring, quality.
5. Drawing checking and studying.
6. Experience in billing/quantity surveying and rate analysis.
