Job Description:

1. Oversee the Bridge construction site from start to finish.
2. Experience in well foundation minimum 5 yrs 
3. Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
4. Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the bridge works.
5. Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and labourers.
6. Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
7. Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
8. Ensure project documents are complete.
9. Identify the elements of bridge design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
10. Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing onto client.
11. Well Conversion like , Drawing study, Bar Bending Schedule, Execution strategy , methodology, procedure etc.
12. Familiarity with bridge design guidelines, specification and technical standard.
13. Experience of successfully managing bridge works.
