Job Opportunity for civil engineering jobs in L & T Construction division for Gujarat Location.
Job Description:

1. The candidate will work in the position of Lead Civil Engineer, who shall be responsible to carry out execution of Civil Works for medium size brown field / green fields projects in Oil, Gas & Refinery sector.
2. The candidate should have worked in an EPCm / EPC Organization with total of 12+ years of experience out of which 5 years in the position of lead civl/piling engineer.
3. Should be able to strategize the planning & sequencing of civil & piling works, provide guidance to the assigned personnel & agencies, for effectively executing the construction activities as per the agreed schedule and within cost.
4. Should be able to support the site HSE & RCM for implementation of required HSE processes ensuring a safe working environment to achieve the target of Zero LTI.
5. Ensure seamless co-ordination with Owner's team, Design office and various assigned sub-contractors 
6. Facilitate, inter contractor co-ordination to ensure smooth work execution, ensuring quality control of the work executed.
7. Approve the sub contractor billings inline applicable codes & standards, drawings
8. Conduct weekly, monthly review meets with contractors along with owner's participation for monitoring the work progress and developing required catch up strategies to achieve project completion.
