JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Ideal Candidate Should be able to:
2. Read and comprehend the working drawings, and should be able to work out quantities independently.
3. Prepare Rate Analysis.
4. Prepare / revision PCE; Zero budgets.
5. Prepare RA Bills.
6. Prepare PRW Bills month wise.
7. Prepare daily NMR.
8. Prepare material reconciliation statement including sub contractors/ PRW wise
9. Maintain books/ hand work registers and other associated documents
10. Prepare DPR/ WPR/ MPR for RO / HO & Clients.
11. Prepare cash flow statements (i) Monthly (ii) Weekly
12. Should have preferably worked in Building/Housing related infrastructure projects
