Job Openings For  Sr.Quantity and Surveyor in Space Matrix Design Consultants Pvt Ltd for Hyderabad Location.

Job Description:

1. As our new Senior Quantity Surveyor- Workplace (Hyderabad), you will work closely with the Lead QS and fulfil any responsibility as necessary to manage the project objectives.
2. Specific Responsibilities
3. You will have to assist in establishing client requirements and undertake feasibility studies for projects.
4. You will have to support in preparing estimation budgets , risk evaluation and value management for project pitches.
5. You will have to support in managing costs related to projects, from the initial calculations at concept stage to the final figures at completion.
6. You will have to support in preparing procurement strategy, tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
7. You will have to support in preparing and analysing tenders & allocating work to subcontractors.
8. You will have to analyse project outcomes and write detailed progress reports, valuing completed work and arranging vendor bill certifications and payments.
9. You will have to maintain a knowledge bank of the different contracts in current use,
10. You will have to source for new vendors and materials.
11. You will have to ensure that documentation requirements from project teams to other consultants within the project and contractors are complied with.

Requirements :

1. You are a QS professional with minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
2. You have relevant experience of working on corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.
3. You have a diploma or degree in quantity surveying/ construction management or a related discipline.
4. You have the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
5. You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
6. You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
7. You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
