Job Opportunities For Project Coordinator- Interior Designing | IDEATION STUDIO PVT. LTD | 3 - 7 yrs | Delhi | NCR

Job Description:

1. Preparing BOQ and Tender work.
2. Assisting in estimation of project budgeting/ costing.
3. Client reporting and coordinating all activities as a single point of contact.
4. Preparing job cards and issuing them to workshop manager.
5. Preparing Project work times Schedule on daily/weekly basis to ensure timely completion of project site. 
6. Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis & update same to internal PMC deptt.
7. Allocation of site to the supervisor and site incharge.
8. Coordination of Vendor/supplier with site incharge/site team.
9. Site visit for recce.
10. Verifying material & vendor/supplier claims.
11. Quantity verification at our workshop/Factory production.
12. Site visit for final verification of measurements and bill with clients.
13. Follow-up for timely payment of claimed invoices.
14. Following project design, schedule, plan and all cost saving majors.
15. Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
16. To communicate effectively with design team/clients and lead the overall site.
17. Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and resolve all.
18. Inform the Consultant/Client of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant's design drawings.
19. Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Safety Act are enforced.
20. Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
21. Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
22. Control and monitor labour, material and equipments and all related matters.
23. In coordination with project manager ensure all required municipal inspections are performed. 
24. Ability to develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision. 
25. Professional experience in designing interior of retail stores, hospitals, commercial buildings, corporate offices etc. projects required. 
26. Ability to use Email, Outlook, Revit, Photoshop, Indesign, AutoCAD. 
27. Candidate should be well versed with all types of civil construction activities require in interior projects.
