Job Opportunities in APCO is an infrastructure major with interests in the Highways, Energy, Urban infrastructure and Industrial development for multiple locations

Job Description: 

1. Workout quantity, prepare rate analysis of various items, prepare the bar bending Schedule. 
2. Preparation of tenders, specifications floating, receiving tenders, vendor criteria statements, proposing competent agencies for works, preparing comparative statements, negotiations with contractors, finalization and preparation of work orders manually, as per project requirement. 
3. Scrutiny & Certification of Contractor Bills as per statutory requirements, contract terms & follow up with accounts
4. Settlement of additional item rates & rate analysis for NT Items, preparation of logic notes & amendments etc.
5. Competency in Budget & monthly Cash Flow projection making.
6. Reconciliation of payment given to the contractors along with the accounts.
7. Knowledge of all construction related drawings, Contractor evaluation, qualification and selection, Knowledge of Work orders & POS.
8. Evaluation of progress work with respect of program of work.
9. Conducting field measurements for preparation of progress bills and variation if any, to be submitted to the client for the payment. Submit the daily reports of the site to the head office and report the progress of work.
10. Essential criteria:
11. Demonstrated success in billing engineering activity for a large infrastructure and civil engineering company. 
12. Excellent oral and written communications skills in Hindi and English. 
13. Ability to commit to travel and attend out-of-hours events. 
14. Advanced networking skills.
15. Good reporting skills.
16. Customer oriented mindset.
17. Good computing skills i.e. MS Office skills.
