Job Description:

1. Assist Principal Architect in drafting perspective drawing, elevation and floor plan based on initial sketches
2. Further developing conceptual design of facade/elevation based on program definition
3. Understanding the requirement and coordinating with draftsman and consultants for preparation of construction drawings 
4. Knowledge of using Auto CAD, Photoshop CS, Revit and 3D Studio Max
5. Should have experience in designing residential and commercial offices
6. Flair for Schematic and concept design
7. Creative and independent thought process
8. Quick in up take with eye for detail
9. Research oriented mindset 
10. At times prepare working and detail architectural designs which include plans, elevation, sections and green
11. Presenting Project design to stakeholders
12. Assist in making costing estimation and site supervision
13. Introducing new concepts and designs.
