• Supervision /execution ,checking and assuring that the construction is as per the approved and project specification surveying
• Ensure quality of building material. Concrete etc through various tests
• Conversant with architectural and structural drawings
• Preparation of Bar Bending schedule for structural elements 
• Proper management of material and workmanship
• Frequency Safety Inspection & issue site instruction against violations
• BOQ preparation of civil works
• Monthly payment invoice review
