Job Description :
Qualification and Experience
Engineering Graduate / MBA from reputed institute with 20 / 25 years of experience in Construction Equipment Industry, out of which 8 to 10 years must be at GM / VP / President level in a professional organisation of repute.

Requisite
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Marketing, PR, Finance etc.
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.

Responsibilities
Promote Vision & Mission of the organisation and shareholders.
Interface between Board and Employees.
Oversee complete operation and business activities to ensure the desired result, in line with the overall strategy.
