Job Description:

• Finalization of financial statements ie., Balance sheet & Profit & Loss account
• Funds flow & Cash flow statements couple with analysis & generation of MIS reports
• Budgets of all sites and variance reporting and analysis
• Verification of Sub-Contractor bills, Labour bills, Hire bills, together with compilation of recoveries and statutory dues.
• TDS Reports and reconciliation
• Head office and Inter site reconciliation
• Obtaining the accounts data from all sites and pass the entries if need we
• VAT statements inclusive of reconciliation input credits with output
• Service tax Matters
• IPC Bills and checking of the same for receipts, consumption together with statutory recoveries
• Cash & Bank updation (MIS Reports)
• Obtaining the daily Cash & Bank positions from all sites
• Monitoring of daily funds position in addition to Cash & Bank Consolidation
• Processing the cash requisitions from sites and comparison of previous drawings and utilization in obtaining approvals for the same
• Processing for approval of payments, procurement etc.
• Verification of all major material stock position and ABC analysis
• Purchase Order proposals process and verification with indent, rates, consumption report etc.
• Controlling and coordination with all site accounts and stores
• Preparation of liabilities statement, with age wise analysis and credit reporting & rating
• Maintenance of Fixed Assets register & computation of depreciation as per IT & Company law
