Minimum Qualification B.Tech. in Civil
Minimum 4-5 Years in Civil Construction 

Job Description:

• Project execution, planning, scheduling and monitoring of sites activities.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Handling on-site construction activities to ensure completion of projects within the time and cost parameters.
• Project scheduling including material and manpower planning.
• Co-ordination with architects and contractors for design/progress activities.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
• Monitoring daily/weekly site reports, bar bending and checking contractors bills.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Checking all rectification for structural as well as finishing works.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
