Urgent Opening for Deputy Manager | HSEQ & Facility | Total Oil India Pvt Ltd | 5 - 7 yrs | Mumbai

Job Description:

• Provides HSEQ leadership, training and operational support to all levels in TCAP organization 
• Ensures all HSEQ processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across TCAP organization ( procedures, SOP, HIRA,..)
• Tracks company health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and to reduce risk.
• Assists in all aspects of incident investigation including verifying root cause and approving the implementation of preventative actions
• Maintains all regulatory documents (permits,..) in current and valid condition.
• Ensure all waste management standards and energy usage requirements are compliant.
• Provides hazardous material training and MSDS management.
• Maintains current working knowledge of all applicable HSE regulations.
• Supports activities to ensure environmental aspects and impacts meet legislative requirements.
• Supports the organization to develop and implement new KPI to monitor performance and improve efficiency.
• Ensures definition and execution of metrology plan on all labs equipments ( calibration, control cards, maintenance,..). 
• Works closely with Plant team on projects involving new construction, equipment design, and hazardous assessments.
