Requirement For | Site Engineer | Lokaa Developer Pvt Ltd. | 5 - 8 yrs | Chennai

Job Description:

• Duties vary depending on the type of employer and nature of the project but typically involve:
• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, Foremen and operatives;
• Setting out, levelling and surveying the site;
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of 
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;
• Preparing reports as required;
• Ideal Candidate will be BE ( Civil ) or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 8 years experience preferably from a Construction company involved in construction multistoried buildings.
• Experience in Shuttering, Reinforcement and Concreting.is a must..
