- Preparation of estimate based on concept design and drawing.
- Preparation of single line budget & detailed budget based on master quantities
- Updating the budget based on monthly developments of WO, PO and with master quantities pertaining to those activities for the projects.
- Preparing Rate analysis, Zero cost budget using current market rate and actual site condition.
- Cash flow for the project based on the Master Construction Program
- Evaluating & short listing the vendors based on past experience
- Preparation of tender documents, calling tenders, and preparing the comparative statement
- Finalizing the contractor for Civil, Services and other activities.
- Preparation of Work Order / Contract Agreement to the agency
- Preparing estimates for customization (addition & alteration as per client requirement)
- Reconciliation of materials
- Certification Major Contractor bills and weekly bills (labour wages)
- Preparation of monthly report for management review
- Preparation of handing over document to the Association
