Job Description:

We are looking for the candidate having a sound knowledge in the fields of Civil and Construction. Must have experience in Real Estate Builder and Developer for Commercial and Residential projects. Must have handled 1,00,000 lac sqft projects.Fluent in English Hindi and Kannada. Real estate Background is preferable .Go getter with proven ability to get the job done and deliver results.

• Study & execute works as per drawings, Specifications & Standards
• Responsibilities for quality of Workmanship 
• Mobilization & Management of Labour , Materials.
• Economy in Constructions
• Responsible for the performance of subordinate staff.
• Accountability & reconciliation of Materials
• Safety of all men at site, ensure the safety instructions are strictly adhered to.
• Timely completion of all activities
• To ensure the Time Schedule is not without fail
• Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly activity schedule
• To understand & execute sequence of work activities
• Report to management on a daily basis
• Progress of work WRT Master schedule
• Forecast of materials required for next two weeks
• Report of non Compliance by any Vendor/Staff
• Certification of Measurements of the works done
• Maintain good discipline at site.
