- Responsible for project planning, co-ordination and execution.
- Plan the project in detail after meetings with clients.
- Get the plan checked and approved by senior officials.
- Generate detailed resource planning based on the schedule.
- Distribute resource planning to various departments for readiness from their side.
- Schedule daily plan for site work (if on-site).
- Check the material and cash requisitions received from site officer.
- Conduct periodic supervision of the site.
- Report on the actual v/s planned progress of the site work to the seniors and recommend corrective measures for the same.
- Take up any other work as assigned by the seniors from time to time.
