Job Description:

• Preparation of Quarterly and annually financial statements. Three ways matching with Challan Qty, GRN Qty and Invoice Qty during processing Invoice. Managing cash flows and vendor payments. ESS claim reimbursements.
• Processing of invoice in SAP related to material supply and services.
• Preparation of MIS for EPC Billing and reconciliation thereon.
• Uploading of mandatory spare in SAP and support in preparation data for sales tax assessment.
• Maintaining PSL monthly basis and reconciliation of fuel and physical verification.
• Maintaining sales MIS on monthly basis and reconciliation with BD team MIS.
• Other reconciliations like payroll reco, 26 AS reco etc.
• Quarterly financials and accounts closing.
• Maintain Scroll data, verify of Original tax invoices, approved GRN, PO terms and conditions, Tax conditions and processing of Invoice in SAP System.
• Maintaining data preparation of Reco statement and take the confirmation from vendors like R-Infra
• Follow up regarding budget uploading system against EPC Billing for CFG department
• Manage day-to-day interaction between all stake holders.
• Co-ordination with vendor and Reliance Infrastructure Ltd for EPC Billing 
• Ability to plan, organize, control and effectively supervise the work of subordinates
• Identify training needs of sub ordinates and plan for the same.
• Coordination with internal Departments like Purchase, Store, OEM and Planning departments for proper cost control allocations and O&M data preparations. Further to get the ESS claim reimbursement process paperless same is in process.
