Job Description:

• Experience of site work is mandatory
• Knowledge of measurement book study and writing
• Site inspection test
• Knowledge of study of Architect drawing
• Interaction with Architects

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have a degree in B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Should have experience in handling Material report, testing, billing, progress report and QA-QC.
• Should have excellent communication and teamworking skills.
• Ability to work to budgets and deadlines.
• Should have knowledge of relevant building legislation;
• Pay attention to detail, combined with the ability to oversee large projects.
• Should have good negotiation and leadership skills.
• Should have a creative approach to problem-solving.
