Job Description:

• New business development through 
• Direct account approach ( construction / Mining / Infra / Engg / Automobile / Steel Industry etc etc )
• Channel establishment in vacant areas.
• Grow existing channel / Key accounts through efficient relationship management, training and on the job coaching of Distributor sales representatives.
• Large account mapping and entry strategies.
• Retain / Grow business from existing key accounts who are primarily in construction / Mining & and infra sector .
• Provide technical support to Customers as well as distributors.
• Experience to handle distributors is must .
