Graduate in Civil Engineering with at least 3 to 6 years proven experience in Estimation and Tendering of Projects
Need to have good academic background

Key Skills
Good Technical background in with experience in Construction sector
Excellent team building skills and orientation to manage and develop talent.
Ability to work within given reason to achieve organizational results
Exposure to tendering / quantity estimation / billing

Job Description
Responsible for preparing BOQs.
Preparation of Request for Technical Proposal and Request for Qualification documents for infrastructure projects.
Vendor management, negotiation, collection of quotes and prices.
Need to undertake site visits and preparation of site visit reports.
Understanding key construction risks and quantify in terms of financial losses.
Preparation of project implementation schedule.
To handle costing and estimation with all market information inputs, site investigation, and
coordination with various in-house departments in order to ensure a winning bid

IT SKILLS
Should be excellent in excels and presentations
Knowledge in Primavera, Cad Cam software etc.
