Job Description:

• Good experience in store activities, inventory management, physical inventory, Issue of all type / kind of materials
• Monthly consumption pattern & ABC analysis / List of non moving items.
• knowledge of SAP MM module
• Maintaining Store Inventory, Reconciliation of Stock (Physically & Computerized).
• MIS Report reconcile every month. 
• Receive & Issue of Equipment spares, General Materials & Engineering Items. 
• Stock or issue of material through LIFO, FIFO, AVERAGE PRICE. 
• Raising Indents for required items. 
• Maintain the stock items orderly as per bin card keep supporting vouchers for payment. 
• Monthly report maintain and reporting to Head (Procurement). 
• Maintain minimum stock in store for all consumable and other items. 
• Daily routine work (DPR, Bill Verification, MRN, Debit Note, Ledger etc.
• Indent all material through computerized environment. 
• Preparation of Local PO & MRNs of all kind
• Monthly Stock Statement
• Monitoring for daily basis Material receipt Note and Bill Entry in SAP
