Job Description:

• Anantham Epic Homes Llp (AEHL) is constructing a mini township in over 11 acre land parcel, with nearly 600 flats and other amenities at Panvel. 
• The candidates will be responsible for quantity survey of all civil and other work carried out at Site
• He will be reporting to Project Manager/Chief Engineer and Directors.
• B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering with min 6 years experience of which min 4 years should be as an independent quantity controller/surveyor at Project Site. 
• Candidate should have in depth knowledge of all work executed at Project site. He should be able to develop Quantity Survey parameters and implement them, and certify the work done for Quantity.
