Job Description:

• We have requirement of dedicated & experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager with good managerial skill for executing and handling projects situated at multi locations across M.P. who is having prior experience in Industrial, Residential works with following role & responsibilities :
• Expertise in executing Industrial, Residential and commercial projects
• Good managerial skill of leading teams of Engineer, supervisor, sub-vendors
• Preparing and verifying RAs for client bills and follow up for timely release of payment.
• Estimation, costing and tendering.
• Micro planning and day by day monitoring of project.
• Manpower deployment and resource planning of machinery and maintenance.
• Material purchase planning and scheduling of various finishing items.
• Sub-Contractor/Sub-Vendor bills checking
• Daily Work reporting to Director and generating purchase request.
• Liaisoning with quality , HR and other Deptt. of client's side.
• Liaisoning with other parallel agencies eg. Mechanical, Electrical.
• Good english communication skill in reading, writing and speaking with computer operating efficiency.
