A simple solution for all FRESHERS.

For all fresher here,

Only a suggestion, Start your career with a right spirit. You all are complaining that there is no scope in India for fresher and especially for engineers. You are absolutely right and this is the way how our education systems works here in India to produce more and more Engineers every year. But do not lose hope as there are other options to get into the job. If you cannot afford to go for higher education, I suggest you should go for half year or full year full time internship program with or without pay but get into the work. And in your initial days of your career, as you look back people are actually wasting lot of time in searching job, so initially be ready to compromise with money or reward, focus on to learn the trades of the industry and present yourself in the new version with on the job training experience. You will surely find new opportunities that are waiting for you.

And as all you know when you remove ‘L’ from LEARN it becomes “EARN”.
