Job Description:

To have control on BOQs based on drawing release for construction.
To prepare the interim payment certificates for onward submission to the client, taking their certification and realisation of the payment.
1) Scrutinize, review of drawings/documents for additional BoQ items/scope.
2) Quantity Take Off for all Civil works like Major and Minor bridges, RFOs, formation, Rail Track etc.
3) Preparation of detailed Estimates with rate analysis for all the item of works.
4) Preparing and compiling variation claim document with all relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the Engineer/Employer.
5) Hands-on experience in quantification and costing (estimation) of earthwork, structure and track works.
6) Material reconciliation and Project cost reports of executed works.
7) Required Soft Skills MS-Office (advance), Auto-Cad, Cal-quan.

In coordination with the field engineers, collect information on the works being executed and compilation of all the works completed and prepare the interim payment certificates for onward submission to the client and realization of the same.

Also, to check the bills submitted by sub-contractors reconciling the free issue materials and recommend for the payments, accordingly.

Visit Site locations at frequent intervals to assess the quantum of various works done by the sub-contractor.
