Godrej Interio is currently hiring ASSITANT PROJECT MANAGER/ PROJECT ENGINEERS for Godrej Interio Division.


Base Location : Delhi

Key Result Areas

1. Project Management for Commercial Interior Projects.
2. External & Internal Interaction with Cross-Functional Teams
3. Understanding of Company Policies and Business Practices.
4. On-Time Project Completion Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closeout.
5. Quality and Safety - Planning, Engineering and Execution.
6. Supporting PM in Profitability & Revenue Optimization
7. Supporting PM in Working Capital Management.
8. Preparation of Project Documentation and Audit Reconciliation.
9. Maintaining ISO and Statutory Compliances.
10. Basic Understanding of Financial Terminologies and Analysis.
11. Developing Sub-Contractor, Vendors, Suppliers and Labor Contractor Resources
12. Documentation of Corrective & Preventive Actions as Good Practices.

Job Description

1. To Assist Project Manager in Project Planning, Schedule, Budget Engineering, Procurement, Optimization, Monitoring, Quality & Risk for Corporate Interiors Fit-Out Projects including Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closeout in North Zone.
2. Demonstrates capability to follow Contractual Documentation including Purchase-Work Orders, Work Letters, Project Charters, Surveys and Drawings.
3. Prepares Pre-Execution Engineering Cost Estimates & Budgets, Work-Plan Schedules & Milestones, Quality control, and Risk Mitigation.
4. Ensuring Quality Assurance Plan prepared and all Checklist prepared for every work during execution. Daily inspection of Quality of Work and Material delivered on site.
5. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Timely Handover of projects and Repeat Orders.
6. Supporting Project Meetings and Project Communication with Client/ Stakeholder in preparation of Written reports/ Minutes of Meetings/ Weekly Reports to keep Client and Project Resources informed.
7. Daily tracking of Project Progress against Goals & Objectives, Manpower Deployed, Approved Budgets & Timelines, Contractor Progress of works. Project Reports Status and Variances with all Stakeholders.
8. Enhancing Scope-Profitability-Business Revenue, Change Management and Approvals, Authenticating Measurement and Billing.
9. Maintaining Working Capital Management, Reduced Outstanding and Positive Cash Flow with Client Teams follow-up on Payments.
10. Excellent Quality Execution leading to repeat orders for the business.
11. Developing a pool of Project Supervisors, Labor Contractors and Supplier Resources in Zone along with development of Good Practices
12. Safety Management Compliance and following ISO Documentation & Statutory Requirements

Essential Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Architecture/ Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

Preferred Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Architecture/ Engineering

Project Operations:

Currently in Delhi-NCR, Punjab and Haryana. Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Jammu are currently not under Active Project Locations.

Soft Skills: Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Reading & Interpreting Autocad Drawings, Knowledge in MS Project, Contracts and Construction Practices.

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE:
3 Years in Degree/ 5 Years in Diploma of Corporate Interiors Project Experience
