Job Description:

• Meeting customers such as mines contractors, road job contractors and engineering houses at quarries, mine sites, principal offices and other establishments and attempts to convince prospective clients of desirability and practicability of products or services offered.
• To participate in technical discussions with customer to identify their needs and to fix their requirements and scope to optimize the customer benefits.
• Interacting with potential customers regarding promotions.
• Interacting with existing customers regarding their experience with our product and to identify their future requirements.
• Resolves customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies and services. 
• Provides technical services to clients relating to use, operation and maintenance of equipment
