Job Description:

• - All works from start till end of an interior fit-out project
• - Fluent in English
• - Must be able to act as a project manger and as a site manager when required
• - Must be well versed and familiar with handling documents and basic computer skills
• - Must be able to meet the Clients for various meetings during the course of the project
• - Must be able to prepare a BOQ for a project of 15,000 sqft size
• - Research capability of and for materials
• - Research capability of market rates
• - Vendor management
• - Invoicing management
• - Management of man power on site
• - BOQ management (received from vendors)
• - Meeting Clients for meetings when required
• - PMC meetings if required
• - Handling and preparation of handover documents
• - Capex and other required works
