Job Description:

1. To study and take down important points of the complete Tender document and reporting to the management for further course of action
2. Evaluation, complete estimation and calculating feasibility of tender and handling tendering process
3. Short listing of Contractors, estimates, cost of tender, Contract administration, staff recruitment, Budget, Cash flow and managing MIS of projects etc.
4. Tender search from websites, newspapers or the other available media. Tender preparation & compilation. Follow-up after submission with the concerned department, maintaining hard & soft copies of all records. Well versed with technical softwares and computers, Drafting & Correspondence. Experience with Construction / Infrastructure Company

Desired Candidate Profile:


D.C. E / B. E CIVIL ENGINEERING with minimum 4 yrs of hands on experience in infrastructure field in tendering/contracts
Good computer skills, knowledge of AutoCAD, fast and accurate typing ability, fluent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi, ability to prioritize and handle a fast-paced office environment.
Only Female candidate preferred
