Openings for Engineer / Sr Engineer(HSE) | SPCL | 3 - 8 Years | North India

KEY Responsibility:

1. Compliance of Statutory requirements with respect to EHS.

2. Investigation of incidents and dangerous occurrences, sharing learning from incidents across project personnel

3. Ensuring the quality of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) & their correct selection and use by project personnel.

4. Devising, organizing & conducting EHS Training Programs (Training Modules), ensuring compliance of SPCPL way / OCPs.

5. Emergency Preparedness.

6. Environment Monitoring.

7. Meetings (Safety Committee Meetings) & WEEKLY WALK.

8. Ensuring the implementation of safety norms at work place.

9. Interface with various departments to achieve the desired results.

10. coordination with client / PMC and other interested stake holders.

11. Ensuring weekly & monthly reports to RO.

1. Proficient in incident investigation

2. Good knowledge of statutory regulations with respect to EHS

3. Expert in Hazard identification adn Risk Analysis

4. Skilled to do EHS Audit & Inspection

5. Training & Communication Skills

6. Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

8. Strong man management and analytical skills

Desired Profile
1. A dynamic HSE professional with 3-10 years of HSE experience from construction of high rise building / Infra segment also ready to go anywhere in North India.

Qualification:
M. Tech (specialization in HSE) or
BE /B.Tech (specialization in Fire & Safety) or
BE /B.Tech / Dip Engg (only Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) + Advance / post Dip industrial Safety / mgmt from RLI / CLI / DPC or approved by any state BTE

Additional Qualification:
Lead auditor EMS (ISO 14001) & OHSMS (OHSAS 18001)
International General certification (IGC) - NEBOSH /Dip NEBOSH
Certification in trainings (TTT /PTLLS) level 3 or similar course
National and international HSE /professional memberships
Environment related any qualification
