Chief Project Manager (Civil ): 15+ years

Should have experience in execution of Hospital/ Healthcare projects as Project In charge involving Multi-storied Buildings including services, from start to commissioning, covering all aspects from Project Planning, Contract Management, Site Execution & Project Monitoring along with Coordination with Client, Consultants & Contractors etc. Should be conversant with the Govt. contracting systems & procedures. Should have good communication / coordination skills. Computer knowledge is essential.

Project Engineer (Civil) - 5 years

Should have experience in execution of Civil& allied works of Multi-storied Hospital/ Healthcare Buildings, covering Execution& Site Supervision, good knowledge in standard codes, specifications / manuals, quantity surveying, checking of measurements, Quality Control, Documentation &preparation of progress reports. Should be conversant with the Govt. contracting systems & procedures. Coordination with Client, Consultants & Contractors etc. Computer knowledge is essential.

Assistant Project Engineer (Civil) - 3 years

Should have experience in execution of Civil & allied works of Multi-storied Hospital/ Healthcare Buildings covering site supervision, inventory control, supervision ofsite based testing, maintaining records, quality assurance, joint measurements &checking of bills. Coordination with Client, Consultants & Contractors etc. Computer knowledge is essential

Site Engineer (Civil) - 1+ years

Should have experience in execution of Civil & allied works of Multi-storied Hospital/ Healthcare Buildings covering site supervision, Checking of Contractor’s Bills & material testing& documentation. Computer knowledge is essential

Project Engineer (Electrical) - 5 years

Should have experience in execution of electrical & associated works/services including Solar PV systems, LV systems, CCTV, Lifts etc. for Multi-storied Hospital/ Healthcare Buildings, covering Execution & Site Supervision, good knowledge in standard codes, specifications / manuals, quantity surveying, checking of measurements, Quality Control, Documentation &preparation of progress reports. Should be conversant with the Govt. contracting systems & procedures. Coordination with Client, Consultants & Contractors etc. Computer knowledge is essential.

Project Engineer (Mechanical) - 5 years

Should have experience in execution of mechanical & associated works/services including HVAC, IBMS, Firefighting system, Lifts, STP, ETP, WTP, R.O. etc. for Multistoried Hospital/ Healthcare Buildings, covering Execution & Site Supervision, good knowledge in standard codes, specifications / manuals, quantity surveying, checking of measurements, Quality Control, Documentation & preparation of progress reports. Should be conversant with the Govt. contracting systems & procedures. Coordination with Client, Consultants & Contractors etc. Computer knowledge is essential

Site Engineer (Mech.) - 1+years

Should have experience in execution of mechanical & associated works/services including HVAC, IBMS, Firefighting system, Lifts, STP, ETP, WTP, R.O. etc for Multistoried Hospital/ Healthcare Buildings covering site supervision, Checking of Contractor’s Bills & material testing & documentation. Computer knowledgeis essential.

Safety Engineer - - 3 years

Should have experience in handling all the safety related issues & monitoring work according to safety standards/ specifications for Multi-Storied Construction projects.
